At Kenzi, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange any unworn pieces in their original condition, along with the original packaging, within 30 days of purchase. Please note the following:
Non-Returnable Items: Personalized (engraved or customized) and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Original Packaging: Returns without the original packaging (e.g., ring/bracelet boxes) will have $50 deducted from the refund value.
Shipping Charges: Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at support@kenzijewelers.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a shipping label. Please use the shipping label provided by Kenzi to ensure proper handling of your return.
Exchanges: Replacement items will be shipped once we receive and inspect the returned pieces.
Responsibility: Kenzi is not responsible for returns sent back without using our provided shipping label.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 10-20 days after we receive and process your return. If the credit card used for your purchase has been closed, please contact us at support@kenzijewelers.com.
